Proxiable was made to make finding shareholder proposals simple.

I couldn't find a simle one-stop-shop for finding shareholder proposals, so in combination with an appdev class in business school, I made Proxiable. My goal was to automatically pull in proxy statements automatically the day after they were filed and use a custom AI to read the forms and find shareholder proposals. Let's face it, no one has time to scan them all, but everyone from institutional investors to everyday retail shareholders should have easy access to this info. Here's my progress so far (I'll update the list as I make changes):

  (I wanted to get the other parts right before spending AI tokens but this is next)
