Short answer: Nightly. Proxiable pulls new proxy statements from SEC EDGAR after the daily master index is updated. As long as there's no late updates/backdating on the EDGAR side, the statement should appear around 6:30am ET Tuesday-Saturday. It's possible my background job had an issue, too. Check the homepage for the last update.
AI/LLM magic. Proxiable has instructed its AI to be impartial. It's possible that there are mistakes, so you are encouraged to consult the original proxy statement linked to form your own summary and opinion. This tool is simply to help you find the shareholder proposals and hopefully orient you to what they're about.
Contact the one-woman Proxiable team! I'll try and fix it as soon as possible, but alas, I am only one person and this is my passion project.
