Short answer: (it will be) Nightly. You may have come across this before I actually get the jobs running. In the future I should be able to say Proxiable pulls new proxy statements from SEC EDGAR nightly. As long as there's no late updates/backdating on the EDGAR side, the statement should appear the next day. It's possible my background job had an issue, too.
AI/LLM magic. Proxiable has instructed its AI to be impartial. It's possible that there are mistakes, so you are encouraged to consult the original proxy statement linked to form your own summary and opinion. This tool is simply to help you find the shareholder proposals and hopefully orient you to what they're about.
Contact the one-woman Proxiable team! I'll try and fix it as soon as possible, but alas, I am only one person and this is my passion project. I plan on adding a form on each Filing page so you can mark errors for manual review, just haven't gotten around to it yet. For now, just find me on LinkedIn.
